Adult:
Amlodipine 5mg and benazepril 5-10mg. |

May be taken with or without food. |

Precautions |
Elderly, impaired renal and hepatic function, CHF, children, aortic stenosis, myocardial ischaemia, angina pectoris, dietary restriction, allergic angioedema, hyperkalaemia, cerebrovascular insufficiency, coronary insufficiency, bone marrow depression, autoimmune disease. |

Adverse Drug Reactions |
Cough, flushing, headache, peripheral oedema, cough, diarrhoea, dizziness, oedema, fainting, fatigue, fever, flushing, Hyperkalaemia, hypotension, joint pain, loss of taste, nausea, palpitations, skin rash, somnolence, acute renal disease, agranulocytosis, angina pectoris, bradycardia, chest pain, haemolytic anaemia, hepatotoxicity, laryngeal oedema, neutropaenia, orthostatic hypotension, pancreatitis, pemphigus, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, thrombocytopaenia. |

Angioedema(rarely with benazepril). |

Interactions |
ACE inhibitors potentiates the effect of loop diuretics, NSAIDs decreases effect of ACE inhibitors, avoid co-administration of ACE inhibitors with K prep and azathioprine. |
